AWBUD Group Structure

AWBUD was established in 1989 by Mr. Andrzej Wuczyński. Main shareholder of the company is the luxembourg fund Petrofox and 20% of shares are in hands of BBI Capital IDM funds. In September 2010, Group was strengthen by noted on GPW Instal Lublin S.A., and expand services of the Group with installation works. After reorganization, AWBUD S.A. became parent company of the Group. Since march 2011, company is noted on the primary market of Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Consistently implemented strategy of organic development and completion of services by acquisitions of subcontracting companies, helped to develop a qualitative, terminable and cost-competitive, comprehensive investment process implementation service.

Actually, the key services and products are: designing, supervision and general contracting (AWBUD Design & Build), reinforced concrete structures implementation (AWBUD Żelbet), installation works (INSTAL Lublin) and production and sale of concrete elements, including paving blocks and other elements for infrastructure (AWBUD Wyroby Betonowe).

AWBUD has completed over 400 contracts for production and storage facilities for metallurgy, food industry, pharmaceutical and other industries, renewable energy structures, utility and commercial buildings, technological and municipal sewage treatment plants, and specialized concrete work for the industry. We had the pleasure of implementing projects for such clients, e.g.: CMC Poland, Unilever, PepsiCo, PPF Hasco-Lek, PPF Anpharm, Pharmaceutical Research Institute in Warsaw, Parkridge CE Retail, CMC, Smurfit Kappa, Primo and many others.
